About Me
I am a Research Scientist at the Robotics and AI Institute (formerly Boston Dynamics AI Institute), in the HALO (Humanoid Athleticism through Learning and Optimization) team, where to date I have trained and deployed RL policies for dynamic, contact-rich whole-body skills, developed a data pipeline and infrastructure used across multiple teams, and dynamically retargeted trajectories.
I received my PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where I worked in the Bipedal Robotics Lab under Professor Jessy Grizzle. My research focused on control theory and experiments related to bipedal locomotion and fall prediction. I completed my BS in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2017.
